In A BEGINNING Created by the Elohim were the heavens and the earth.

Flesh calls to flesh; Birds call to Birds, Beasts call to Beasts; but Spirit calls only to Spirit.

If you have arrived here by chance then maybe it is not chance at all, but that you are searching for something.

One thing that has been made abundantly clear to me during my lifetime journey is that things are often not what they first seem to be. In the following scripture, I find that many things are said within just these few short lines that have lost their message over the years; not only because the language had to be translated, but that in the process, the original meanings of the words have been diluted or lost. As an example, at the time of Yeshuah (Jesus), not many, other than the Scribes, Pharisees and Rabbi's spoke Hebrew. When the Jews attended the synagogue, the ancient writings had to be translated for them. Over time the deeper spriritual significance of the words (mainly nouns) had been lost. The Hebrew language had been used as a vehicle to convey the spiritual ideas within the stories, but now only the stories remain. I am not trying to re-write the scriptures, but simply trying to replace what I think has been lost. The following verse is taken from the Concordant translation and the meanings taken from Strongs concordance:

Yet the earth became a chaos

from an unused root meaning to lie waste; a desolation (of surface), i.e. desert; figuratively, a worthless thing; adverbially, in vain:--confusion, empty place, without form, nothing, (thing of) nought, vain, vanity, waste, wilderness.

and vacant

from an unused root (meaning to be empty); a vacuity, i.e. (superficially) an undistinguishable ruin:--emptiness, void.

and darkness

the dark; hence (literally) darkness; figuratively, misery, destruction, death, ignorance, sorrow, wickedness:--dark(-ness), night, obscurity.

was on the surface

as a preposition (before, etc.):--+ accept, a-(be- )fore(-time), against, anger, X as (long as),
at, + battle, + because (of), + beseech, countenance, edge

of the submerged chaos; Yet the spirit of the Elohim is vibrating

to brood; by implication, to be relaxed:--flutter, move, shake.

over the surface of the water,

dual of a primitive noun (but used in a singular sense); water; figuratively, juice; by euphemism, waste but also reproductive elements, wasting, water(-ing, (-course, -flood, -spring)).

And saying is the Elohim, "Become light!" And it is becoming light.

Light meaning: life, health, happiness, luminary in every sense.

So we can more easily see when looking at a literal translation of the individual words, that there can be many meanings to this. I find that no matter how I arrange the meanings, I cannot get it to read as the Authorised Version translated it:

AV Gn 1:2

And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness [was] upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

The following are those same verses, but with the original meanings included:

In a begining (one of many), created by the Elohim, were the heavens and the earth; yet the earth was in chaos, desolate and worthless; an undistinguishable ruin; and the darkness containing all the misery, destruction, death, ignorance, sorrow and wickedness was as it appeared;

Yet the Spirit of the Elohim is fluttering and vibrating upon the waste of it; And saying is the Elohim, 'Let light come to be' and the substance of that light was life, health, happiness and luminosity.

And that Light shone in the darkness and the darkness did not understand it, nor could it either overcome it, subdue it nor exist within it.

You will no doubt have noticed that I have included an extract from the Gospel of John, and have done so because it fits perfectly.

No matter what faith, country or religion we are born into, there can be but one God, Creator of all and Father to all.

The main purpose of this site is to bring together people from all walks of life, all countries and all faiths. Faith is after all the substance of things hoped for and to all men is given a measure of faith. Together it may be possible to bring a fresh insight or understanding to the wonderful scriptures given to us.

We all breathe the same air, we eat the same food and our bodies operate in the same way. When we die our bodies return to the same earth (sheoll, hell or hades). When the whole world seems to be at war, yet men of faith can still be at peace within, and this through the spirit of God (the Christ Consciousness) that reside in the highest order of mans existence.

Science has proved that the prayers of a devout man can influence activities in the world, and as bearers of the light, it should be our duty and desire to be instrumental in these changes. Although the outcome is assured and writen by the prophets, yet we can still accomplish much.
